Our Genesis & Journey

The genesis of Modulas stems from a real-world challenge within the interior design industry. During the execution of residential turnkey projects, a significant gap was identified—a lack of reliable, high-precision manufacturing partners capable of delivering uncompromising quality within strict timelines.

To bridge this gap, we established our own manufacturing facility in Gurugram, taking complete control of production and quality. What began as an in-house solution soon evolved into a dedicated manufacturing brand focused on premium modular interiors, custom woodwork, wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, storage systems, and bespoke furniture solutions.

Today, Modulas serves homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers across Delhi NCR and throughout India, delivering precision-crafted interiors that blend functionality, durability, and timeless aesthetics.
